If you have an emergency please turn off any gas, water, or power before doing anything else. The workers do not work 24 hours a day so normally they would come out to you on the next working day.

Water leak

Outside office hours locate the stop tap inside the property and turn it off. It is normally under the sink in the kitchen or utility room as this is where the mains water generally comes into the house. If you cannot find one inside you can turn off the supply in the outside by closing the tap where the water meter is located. If the water main is leaking, call Wessex Water on 0345 600 4 600. Put buckets under the leaks and we will send out workmen the next working day.

Report the water leak HERE
Please attach photos if you can.

Drains blocked inside the house

if there are baby wipes, cooking fat, or excessive papers in the pipes then you must pay for this to be cleared. No baby wipes, toilet wipes, or any fats are to be put down the drains.
If a main drain is blocked outside, call Wessex Water on 0345 600 4 600

Boiler not working

If no pressure then add water to the boiler. If the boiler is making a noise or you are worried about it then turn it off at the wall and log the fault here. Please add photos or videos. We will get someone to look at the boiler the next working day. If you smell gas turn off the gas in the meter.
If you still smell gas call 0800 111 999 but they will only turn up and disconnect all gas until we can get engineers out. They do not repair boilers or meters.

Electrics not working

quite often the whole board will trip out even though there is only a small fault. Start by switching the board back on and see if it stays on. If it does not then turn off all of the switches on the board and then turn on the mains switch. Then turn on each circuit one by one. When turning on one of the circuits trips the board off, leave that one off, and go to the next. You should end up with most of your electrics working and just one circuit turned off. If you have a fridge or freezer that is plugged into that circuit see if you can run an extension cable to a different plug that is working.

Log the fault HERE
Please send photos if you can.
We will get an electrician out to you the next working day.

Log Emergency Repairs

As instructed above, please log WATER LEAKS and ELECTRIC FAULTS here.
Note that an unnecessary, non-emergency call out will have a fee afixed.
