From 14 May 2025, all UK letting agents will be required to check tenants, landlords, and other clients against the UK’s official sanctions list. We are working alongside a UK-based company who will be carrying out our Anti- Money Laundering checks (AML), Digital Identity, PEP and Sanction checks. They also provide us with On-Going Monitoring checks so we are constantly updated.
